Analyse your problems and learn why understanding your problems is crucial to good solutions.

Module 6: Ideal solution

Learn the ideal solution technique + we'll bust some myths about brainstorming.

Module 7: Solution generation

Learn how to use the jobs-to-be-done framework and what the criteria for good ideas are.

Module 8: Attribute dependency

Learn how to use attribute dependency to solve your problems.

Module 9: Building your pitch

Learn how to build your pitch and what format it works best in.

Module 10: Validate your idea

Validate your idea's assumptions and test if your idea is a keeper.

Module 11: Executing your pitch

Learn how to get your idea heard and how to run a meeting to present your idea.

Module 12: Navigating bureaucracy

Learn how to navigate the bureaucracy in the Army and get insights into how decisions are actually made.
